Can you believe we've been in school for 8 weeks! I just want to remind you that Fall Break is next week. I'm asking students to continue to read over break. Students can access Raz Kids, enVision, Dreambox, and Read Works on our student page. If you need help, send me a message on Class Dojo or just email me. I hope have everyone has a safe and relaxing week. I will see you when we get back on October 14.

Digital Day

Hi! Our first digital day assignment consists of a reading, writing, and math assignment. Please go ReadWorks and read the assignment on Fossils and Dinosaurs. Our class code is FYANFT if you forgot. For writing today, I would like you to write a paragraph about the best winter activity on a snow day. Remember to state your opinion, add your reasons, and a conclusion. In math, we are working on Daily Common Core 12.7. Please take a picture of your math and writing for me and send it to me through Microsoft Teams. If you want to type your writing response, that would be fine too. If you have any questions, you can contact me through Microsoft Teams, email, or Class Dojo.

Welcome Back

I'm so excited to kick off a new school year. I will be sending home information in your child's homework folder. Please read the classroom packet and return the paperwork by Friday. Dear Parents,
         Are you wondering how to keep your child reading over the long winter break? Well I highly suggest investing in an Epic subscription.  Students love this program at school.  They have access to tons of books in all different genres.  Students can listen, read, and take quizzes on this site.  For this weekend only, Epic is having a gift subscription sale until Monday, December 18.  It's like having a library at your fingertips.  Check it out if you have time!

Fun Run
